| JMJ Homebuilders is a Cincinnati based custom home builder dedicated to the ideal that quality, craftsmanship, and personal attention should be affordable for everyone. In 1998 Jason and Joe Jones formed JMJ Construction to build unique quality homes at affordable prices. In 2008, the company underwent a restructuring and JMJ Homebuilders, LLC was born. With decades of combined construction and design experience, JMJ Homebuilders can guide your project from concept to completion. |
Joseph M. Jones
Joe graduated from Diamond Oaks Joint
Vocational with a concentration on carpentry. At
Diamond Oaks, Joe won numerous awards for
his carpentry skills on a statewide level.
Following Diamond Oaks, Joe moved on to work
with Greg Gavin Homes, one of Southeastern
Indiana’s preeminent custom home builders. At
Gavin Homes, Joe further developed his
carpentry skills and honed his understanding of
project development and management. In 2002,
Joe left Gavin Homes to make JMJ his full time
career.
William Thoman
After graduating with honors from the University
of Dayton with a bachelor's Degree in Pre-Med,
Bill decided that his true passion was in the
building trades. He joined JMJ Construction in
2002 and has grown along with the company.
With the switch to JMJ Homebuilders in 2008, Bill
was promoted to Director of Site Operations and
is now a minority share holder in the company.
Jerome M. Jones, Jr.
After graduating from Elder High School, Jerry
embarked on a long career with G&G Roofing. In
2002, he joined JMJ Construction to help build a
family business with his brothers and has been
with the company ever since. With the switch to
JMJ Homebuilders in 2008, Jerry was promoted
to Director of Office Operations and is now a
minority share holder in the company.
